Crap, I don’t have anything in mind for today. It’s Monday, which means I’ve been clumsy and made messes, ran errands, and vaguely attempted to get some work done. Since I’m not at home, which is my standard Monday fare, I’ve not been staring down the news like I normally would. Probably for the best, considering what a sorry state the world is currently in.

Though, I admit, it’s not sad enough for me to want to climb into a secret bunker and call it world over, hee hee!

No, most of my thoughts today are pretty bland, which matches the mutable weather. It’s ‘warm’ out, but that’s only because a thick cloud layer has trapped some heat. There’s no sunshine to back it up, so it just feels sort of neutral. Neutral is good – I have a feeling that I’m prone to being overexcited today, should a stimulating situation occur. I’m not really in the mood for that, heh.

What I have done of interest today, however, was realize that I had the name of Killing Heidi’s other band wrong in my head for years, hence not being able to find anything by them. However, taking that peeksee at wiki kindly told me that it’s The Verses (rather than The Verves… yeah, I know. *laughs*), and that they had an album out last year. And, because the deities are sometimes kindly, it’s available to listen to on Grooveshark! I enjoyed it first time through, and I think I’m definitely going to have to give it a few more spins. ‘Cause really, I am rubbish at listening through albums like I used to back when I was a teenager, so I’m pretty determined to get back into it. 😀

For now though, I need to start gathering up my things to go home. How time flies when you’re staring out the window. 😉
