Hola, dears! I find that I’m rather preoccupied by the evil and accursed sunshine. This country is in a bit of a drought, my and my sinuses are crying out for a good rain to clear the air. I’ll get  by as I’ve done every year since I’ve immigrated here, but that doesn’t exactly please me!

Otherwise, I’m working on filling my time pleasantly with Simmage (of course), and trying to work on a story for The Chrysalis Experiment. I’ve not managed many words in the past two months, so I’m hoping to get at least half a story pushed out. I figure if I manage to get back on the ball, then maybe, just maybe, I’ll be able to keep rolling with it. I don’t really know. I can sheepishly admit that most of my daily writing time goes to my blogs, so… it’ll be nice to add atop that.

And because I am fond of overreaching, I’m glad that me and one of my best friends are working on getting our collaborating roleplay writing thing-a-ma-bob rolling again. I enjoy writing with her because she strikes the perfect balance of poking me to contribute without being a pain in the ass (a rare talent, that), and because she doesn’t fold under when I start going on a madwoman editing/correction spree. She chuckles that she’s used to it, and continues to leave errors for me to foam over.

It’s a good relationship, obviously. 😉

I’m not really sure what to say past that. I keep actually drifting back towards story-writing (gasp!), so I should probably actually do that while I’m thinking about it. Have a lovely Saturday, and see y’all tomorrow.
